Graeme Fisher, PGA Professional

Our resident PGA Professional Graeme Fisher turned professional in 2006 from his home club Cowglen Golf Club and represented Glasgow County at all levels before going on to study PGA Professional Golf at The University of Birmingham and playing on the Tartan Tour.  He has an extensive background within the golf industry, working alongside the likes of Adam Hunter and Scottish PGA Captain John Mulgrew. Working within so many different golfing environments, Graeme has an exceptional background in custom fitting and golf coaching.  Prior to arriving at KGC,  Graeme worked at the prestigious Glasgow Golf Club where Graeme worked for over nine years. Whilst there he developed a highly successful junior coaching programme that drove Glasgow Golf Club Juniors to winning the JJ McCarry league for the first time in the club's history.  Nothing is ever too big or too small, anything you may need, Graeme and his team in the pro shop are always happy to help.   For more details on Graeme's products and services please click here

Professional Shop

Stocking all the major golfing brands, the Professional shop team are able to assist you on all your golfing needs and if there is something you fancy that is not in stock the team can source it very quickly. From the latest in golfing trends to golf coaching or club repairs, we are always here to offer professional advice.  Alongside our retail products on show, they offer an extensive repairs service with next day re-gripping on a variety of grips including market leaders Golf pride and Winn.  All of services are at the best competitive prices and they aim to supply these services with a fast turnaround. 

Re-gripping and re-studding services will be done on the day as you wait or within 24 hours if necessary.  Graeme offers a vast array of coaching opportunities from the very beginner and junior to the highest level of performance.  From a standard 40 minute lesson for £25 using iPad video analysis or 3D Sky pro tracker to course lessons or package deals, please contact the shop for further information.  Vouchers for lessons or shop credit can be purchased within the professional shop.

URBAN GOWF Golf simulator

Welcome to Urban Gowf!

Opened in May 2019, we took a once unused locker space and turned it into a brilliant indoor golfing space that both members of Kirkintilloch Golf Club and visitors from all over could make use of to hone their skills or just enjoy a bit of a laugh with their friends!

Since then Urban Gowf has blossomed, upgrading recently from a SkyTrak to the Foresight Sports GC2 launch monitor. It is currently the home to all of our lessons with excellent shot comparison features as well as our custom fitting range where both members and visitors can try out some of our in stock clubs!

Over the course of the winter our most popular use of the facility is definitely to play a round of golf on one of our amazing courses, from Royal Troon to the fictional Blue Bayou jump into Match Play against your friend, Scramble with two or more players or play off of scratch to see how you fare off of the Pro Tees! While you play in the warmth you can also watch the football/golf in the background on our 43in Full HD TV. Food and drink are also readily available from the club bar. (Subject to Clubhouse catering hours).

With prices starting as low as £10.00 per person it makes a brilliant day or evening out! To best reserve your slot make sure to contact us at least 24 hours in advance!
