Course Overview

Our James Braid designed par 70 course and golf club was born in 1895 and is located to the north east of Glasgow in the town of Kirkintilloch. One of the main reasons we receive so many visitors each year to our club is that our course is one of the finest parkland courses in the area. Our "History" page on this website charts a wonderful historical account of our Club's birth and its growth. You will always receive a warm welcome at our golf club. We also offer extensive practice facilties and a full bar and catering service. The wonderful scenery with the Campsie Hills as a backdrop to the rolling parkland course makes our 5860 yards, 18 hole par 70 (css 69) course provides a wonderful experience. The course itself provides an enjoyable walk with no major hills to be negotiated, no long walks between tees and an excellent course layout with fantastic views along the Kelvin valley.
